Obsession Custom Made Heels are carefully handcrafted from our traditional shoe making artisans. This pair of peep toe pumps is made from silky satin and features a sexy D'Orsay side profile. Set on a 4 inch classic heel, this handmade shoe sits on an elevated 1 inch platform to provide you the height without sacrificing on the comfort.

We are able to custom make them based on your own specification (colors/any heel height/material) and charges will vary depending on the design. Customization will require at least 3-4 weeks upon confirmation.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, dampness and walking on rough stones or wet surfaces.
Use a fabric cleaner to clean your shoes, a toothbrush to remove dirt particles, and a eraser to remove dirt marks. For stain removal, use commercially available liquids to remove tough stains.
Rotate the use of your shoes to reduce wear and tear.
Always air dry your shoes after usage before storage.
- We ship worldwide via DHL Express and Fedex International. International expedited shipping will take 2-5 working days. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
- Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

We accept returns as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed, not changed or damaged in any way.
Returns and exchanges must be done within a 30 days window. Postage in the event of a return is to be born by the buyer.
Strictly no returns for face masks, clearance items, products with name personalisation and gift cards.
